Customer Care Policy

Your jewellery should last a lifetime if you take care and look after it. Please take your precious jewellery off when working with harsh chemicals, any manual labour and household chores (for example doing the dishes). Store it somewhere safe and dry. If you keep your pieces clean and take care of them they will sparkle to their full potential and withstand the test of time.


Products can only be returned and/or exchanged within two weeks of the purchase date. Anastasia Mannix will only return for a store credit. Faulty or damaged goods must be inspected before return is accepted. Anastasia Mannix is not liable for incorrect sizes for any rings that have been bought online where the customer has chosen their own finger size. Anastasia Mannix can resize for an additional charge. Any sizes that are incorrect when the customer’s finger has been sized by Anastasia Mannix will be resized free of charge – one time only.

Terms and Conditions

Any jewellery brought to Anastasia Mannix for repair must be aware of our ‘all care no responsibility’ policy. Anastasia Mannix holds no responsibility to any damage during the repair process. Each peice will be repaired for with the utmost care and respect.

50% deposit must be received before any work will commence on custom orders. Full payment must be received on collection unless arranged otherwise.
